Lucia Forte serves as the HR and Talent Acquisition Manager at Medici con l'Africa Cuamm/Doctors with Africa CUAMM since February 2012, focusing on the recruitment and HR management of international staff in Ethiopia, while also leading the implementation of recruitment software. Prior to this role, Lucia held the position of HR Manager, overseeing recruitment and international staff management in Ethiopia and Sierra Leone. From December 2002 to May 2011, Lucia worked as a Training Coordinator and Training Officer at Doctors with Africa CUAMM, responsible for organizing training courses, managing institutional relations with university partners, and coordinating internships. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with an international focus from Università degli Studi di Padova.
