Annelise Aleman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in donor services and process improvement, currently serving as a Prospect Development and Process Improvement Specialist at Medical Teams International since December 2019. Annelise has excelled in roles including Prospect Development Analyst and Marketing Officer, where responsibilities have encompassed team training, data analysis, and the creation of effective donor journeys. Prior to this position, Annelise built a strong foundation in donor relations as a Marketing Coordinator, leading successful campaigns and workshops.
