Kem Tolliver, FACMPE, CPC, CMOM, is a seasoned leader in the healthcare revenue cycle management sector. As the founder and president of Medical Revenue Cycle Specialists since January 2008, Kem specializes in enhancing workflow and revenue for small to mid-size physician practices through tailored practice management services. In addition to leading this consulting firm, Kem serves as president of the Hyattsville/Prince George's County Chapter of the American Academy of Professional Coders, focusing on professional development and certification for members. Previous roles include Chief Administrative Officer at Annapolis Asthma, Pulmonary & Sleep Specialists, where Kem provided executive leadership for a multi-physician practice, and Administrative Coordinator at MedStar Washington Hospital Center, among other positions in healthcare administration.
