Paula Crespo Escobar is an experienced professional in the fields of nutrition and dietetics, currently serving as the Coordinadora de la Unidad de Nutrición y Obesidad at Recoletas Red Hospitalaria since 2019, and as Coordinadora del Grado de Nutrición Humana y Dietética and Associate Professor at Universidad Europea Miguel de Cervantes. Paula holds the position of Vicepresidenta at the Consejo General de Colegios Oficiales de Dietistas-Nutricionistas and is actively involved with various organizations, including The European Federation of the Associations of Dietitians (EFAD) and the European Society for Paediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition (ESPGHAN). With a robust educational background consisting of a Ph.D. in Medicine and multiple degrees in nutrition-related fields from the University of Valencia, Paula also contributes to medical research as a researcher at IIS LA FE and has previously led as President of CODiNuCoVa.
