Irene Rubio Palacios is a Clinical Embryologist and Project Manager in Medical Affairs at IVI RMA GLOBAL since March 2016, focusing on standardizing IVF laboratory protocols, enhancing patient experiences, and coordinating national implementations of electronic witnessing systems. Irene also serves as a professor and thesis advisor in the Master's program in Biology and Technology Applied to Assisted Human Reproduction at Universidad Europea since October 2018 and contributes as a researcher at IIS LA FE - Medical Research Institute Hospital La Fe since December 2018. Previous roles include Co-Head of the Embryology Program at Nova IVI Fertility, where responsibilities included coordinating training for embryologists and managing laboratory processes. Irene's academic credentials include a PhD in Biotechnology from the University of Valencia and a Lean Practitioner in Healthcare certification from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
