Thomas Borros has over 23 years of work experience in the insurance industry. Thomas began their career in 1997 as an Account Administrator at Medical Mutual of Ohio, where they worked until 2000. From 2000 to 2009, they served as a Service Representative at the same company. In 2009, Thomas joined Medical Mutual and worked as a Sales/Service Consultant until 2011. Thomas then became a Client Manager, responsible for retaining a $300 million book of business and leading a team of insurance professionals. In 2017, Thomas was promoted to the role of Client Director at Medical Mutual, where they currently serve. Throughout their career, Thomas has demonstrated expertise in client management and strategic consultative services.

Thomas Borros attended Kent State University from 1992 to 1996, where they pursued a degree in Rhetoric & Communications.
