Molly McDonnell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and instructional design. Currently serving as Manager of Customer Experience Performance at Medical Mutual, Molly has successfully onboarded new team members and implemented innovative engagement strategies utilizing advanced technologies. Previous roles at Medical Mutual included Senior Customer Experience Project Manager and Senior Instructional Designer, where Molly focused on enhancing member experiences through multi-channel outreach and virtual training methods. Earlier experiences at Genesis10 and McDonnell and Associates involved overseeing the development of training materials and graphic design projects, respectively.
