Jacquees Steward is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and IT security. Currently serving as an IT Security Specialist and previously as a Problem Support Analyst at Medical Mutual since August 2007, Jacquees has been responsible for first-level helpdesk support for over 10,000 users across 30 companies, as well as the development and maintenance of helpdesk documentation. Prior roles include Helpdesk/Desktop Support Specialist at First Federal Savings & Loan Association of Lakewood and Desktop Support Administrator at Citizens Bank, where responsibilities included training employees and resolving technical issues. Jacquees holds a Master of Science in Information Technology with a specialization in Information Assurance and Security from Capella University, a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from David N. Myers University, and an Associate's degree in Computer Network Technology from Remington College-Cleveland Campus.
