Shawn Lenard has extensive experience in client management and customer acquisition, currently serving as a Client Manager at MedicalDirector since May 2021. Prior to this role, Shawn worked at HealthEngine in customer acquisitions from February 2019 to May 2021. Shawn also held the position of Sales and Retention Specialist at Qantas from November 2016 to October 2018, focusing on senior sales, retention, and app support. Earlier experience includes working as a Loan Officer at Bankwest for a brief period in 2016 and providing financial services at Westpac from February 2013 to March 2016.
