Mohammad Abdur Rashid, MSc, MPhil, PhD, is a Senior Research Scientist at the Medical College of Wisconsin since October 2017. Prior experience includes a Research Faculty position at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities focusing on neurogenic differentiation of human induced pluripotent stem cells and a Research Associate role investigating alpha-Synuclein dynamics in Parkinson's disease. Mohammad served as a Visiting Research Fellow at the National Institutes of Health and held a Senior Researcher position at Seoul National University, contributing to islet transplantation research. Additionally, Mohammad has substantial experience in diabetes research at the Bangladesh Institute of Research and Rehabilitation in Diabetes, Endocrine and Metabolic Disorders. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Kyung Hee University, an MPhil from Dhaka University, and an MSc and BSc from Rajshahi University, all in the field of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.
