Roberto Pando serves as the President of MCS Advantage Inc. and MCS Life Insurance Co. since September 2016, bringing extensive experience in business leadership and development. Prior to this role, Roberto worked as the Deputy Executive Director for Business Development at Compañía de Comercio y Exportación de P.R., where responsibilities included promoting growth for small and medium businesses in Puerto Rico and overseeing multiple departments. Earlier in their career, Roberto was a consultant at Health Insurance and Administrative Services Consultants Corp., focusing on healthcare administration and policy initiatives. Roberto holds a Juris Doctor degree from Universidad de Puerto Rico, a Master of Science in Social Policy and Planning from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan.
