Anh Nguyen, MD/MBA, currently serves as a Street Medicine Physician and Attending Emergency Medicine Physician at UCLA Health, providing critical medical services to diverse populations, including those experiencing homelessness. In addition to clinical roles, Anh plays a vital part as a Co-Founder of My Uncle Satoshi, a venture focused on future financial literacy for children. As a Clinical Instructor for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Anh trains emergency medicine interns and residents, while also contributing as an Expert Reviewer for the Medical Board of California, analyzing cases for the protection of consumers. Previous roles include Medical Director positions at Humana and the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services, where oversight during the COVID-19 pandemic was pivotal. An extensive background in emergency medicine includes experiences at Emergent Medical Associates and consulting roles in healthcare information systems and technology. Anh's educational accomplishments include an MD from the Keck School of Medicine, an MBA from Cornell, and dual undergraduate degrees from the University of Pennsylvania.
