Cooper Chao is a Staff Anesthesia at Sutter Health's Novato Campus since March 2005 and a Partner at Medical Anesthesia Consultants since 2004. Cooper received a Doctor of Medicine degree from Northwestern University in 1980 and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography from Stanford University in 1976.
