Gerald Roy is a seasoned technology and product management professional with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Director of IT Product Management at Medica, Gerald previously held the position of Director of Product & Client Technology at maurices, where significant improvements in customer engagement and retention were achieved during a complex divestiture. Prior to that, Gerald spent nearly a decade at Hallmark Business Connections in various roles, including Product Director, where innovative digital products were developed, and customer journeys were enhanced. With a strong foundation in business analysis and process improvement gained from positions at companies such as Lawson Software and Ameriprise Financial, Gerald combines technical expertise with strategic insight to drive organizational success. Gerald holds a Master’s in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Michigan Technological University, along with executive education in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Madras.
