Sabrina Phung is an accomplished Product Design Chapter Lead specializing in UX Design and Insights at Medibank since June 2021, where responsibilities include leading design and research efforts in the Digital Labs, managing design operations, and mentoring other designers. Previously, Sabrina served as a Senior CX Designer at Medibank, focusing on enhancing customer experience through research methodologies, and developed a customer framework to strengthen business alignment. Prior experience includes a role in Product Design & Strategy at OneTwo Home Loans, where Sabrina contributed to building initial product offerings, and a position as Service & Interaction Designer at Fjord, leading projects from research to strategy. Additional roles include positions at Telstra, Microsoft, Macquarie Group, and Haystac. Sabrina holds a Double Degree in Laws and Arts from Monash University.
