Mike Nedoszytko began their work experience in 2018 as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Mike then moved on to work as an Assistant Golf Professional at Nicklaus North Golf Course and Table Nineteen from April 2018 to October 2019. In 2019, they joined Fairmont Hotels & Resorts as an Assistant Golf Professional, and later became the Head Golf Professional from April 2021 to January 2022. Currently, Mike is working at MediaValet as a Business Development Representative since January 2022 and was promoted to the role of Business Development Team Lead in June 2023.

Mike Nedoszytko studied at Ryerson University from 2013 to 2017, where they pursued a Major in Global Management Studies and a Minor in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Strategy. This degree was obtained from the Ted Rogers School of Business Management in the field of Global Management Studies. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2012, they attended the University of Detroit Mercy, focusing on Business Administration and Management, although no degree was specified. In addition to their formal education, Mike obtained the MEDDPICC Masterclass certification from MEDDICC in February 2023.
