Elise Ramos is an experienced professional in negotiation and conflict resolution, currently serving as Ombuds Program Manager at MWI since May 2022, with prior roles as Ombuds Program Coordinator and Ombuds Program Associate. Elise gained valuable experience as an Assistant at Columbia University in the City of New York from January to June 2022 and as Country Specialist Mexico at PBI Nederland from 2019 to February 2021. Additional experience includes a position as Paralegal at Notaría Pública Dos de Chapala in the summer of 2018, serving as Symposium Commissioner with Urios - Study Association for International and European Law, and as Dutch Language Coach for Refugees at Integratiewerk. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Columbia University (2021-2023) and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Utrecht University (2017-2021).
