HuiChun HSU is an experienced HR professional with over two decades of expertise in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as the HR Director for the Learning & Leadership Division and HR Director for Europe at MediaTek since September 2014, HuiChun oversees HR operations across multiple European countries with a base in Cambridge. Prior to MediaTek, HuiChun held roles at TSMC, including HR Deputy Director and Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing talent acquisition and employee development initiatives. HuiChun's career also includes experience as an Associate Consultant at the China Productivity Center and HR Manager at Leofoo. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Adult Education from National Chung Cheng University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from National Chengchi University.
