Romain Barre has work experience in various companies and roles. Romain started in 2012 as an Assureur Qualité at FDJ - Fran?aise des jeux, where they conducted quality tests on lottery tickets for their engineering diploma. In 2014, they worked as a Développeur Java at Laverock Von Schoultz Ltd., where they maintained software products for clients using Java and MySQL. Romain then joined Incarna in 2016 and had roles as a Programmeur Gameplay VR & Scrum Master, responsible for designing and programming virtual reality experiences, coordinating development teams, and participating in game design. Romain used Unreal Engine, C++, Blueprint, and other tools. In 2018, they became an Ingénieur Etude et Développement at Rakuten France, and from May 2019, they worked as a Software Engineer at mediarithmics.
Romain Barre began their education in 2010 at Lycée Michelet, where they studied MPSI: Mathématiques, Physique, Sciences de l'Ingénieur. Romain attended the school until 2011. In the same year, they enrolled in Université de Technologie de Troyes and pursued a diploma in management de projets informatiques. Romain completed this program in 2016. Concurrently, from 2015 to 2016, Romain also pursued a Master's degree in Informatique with a concentration in jeux vidéos at Université du Québec à Chicoutimi.
