Caroline Dejeneffe is a CX/UI/UX Designer at Roche Bobois since December 2023, focusing on user-centric design solutions and space optimization. As Lead Product Designer at MediaLab since April 2021, Caroline has revitalized a community app, improving user engagement and retention among millions. Previously, as Lead UI/UX Designer at Abilis Solutions Inc. from May 2015 to April 2021, significant enhancements were made to a high-security software suite, leading to improved user satisfaction and productivity. Caroline's earlier roles include Art Director/UI/UX Designer at Agence HPJ and UI/UX Designer at Global Eagle. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Design and Fine Arts from UQAM, an Associate's degree in Interior Design, and multiple certificates in UX design from The Interaction Design Foundation.
