Cassandra Wasley, SPHR, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Cassandra began their career as an HR Manager at Britain Associates in Atlanta, GA from 1996 to 2000. Cassandra then joined N2 Broadband in 2000 as an HR Manager, where they were responsible for establishing the HR infrastructure and processes for the emerging organization.

Cassandra supported different business areas within Ericsson, such as media solutions sales, global functions, CTO and strategy, finance, marketing, and legal. Cassandra contributed to strategic HR initiatives and provided expertise on HR processes, programs, and policies.
In 2019, Cassandra joined MediaKind Global as a Global HRBP, supporting sales, pre-sales, CTO, and global functions, as well as assuming the role of Americas Region HR Director.
