Natalie Chong is an experienced Social Media Community Manager at Mediacorp Pte Ltd since April 2021, overseeing content creation and management for various brands and implementing campaigns aimed at enhancing engagement and driving traffic. Prior to this role, Natalie served as a Content Strategist at The Burning Kitchen, managing social media platforms and producing content for notable clients. Earlier experience includes curating bespoke trips for Anywhr and roles in customer service with llaollao® and Bath & Body Works. Natalie holds a Bachelor's degree with Honours in Sociology from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and has participated in an exchange program at Linköping University.
