Vicneswaran Arumugam, PMP®, serves as a Senior Operations Manager at Mediacom Communications since October 2014. Prior to this role, Vicneswaran held various positions including IT Manager at JPara Solutions Pte Ltd, Help Desk Specialist at NCS Group, and Duty Manager at MWR - Morale, Welfare and Recreation DTA USA. Vicneswaran began a career in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) as a Sergeant. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Management Information Systems from the University of London, earned between 2008 and 2012.
