Monique Petersen is an experienced Art Director with a strong background in the magazine industry, currently serving as the Art Director at YOU + Huisgenoot Magazine since September 2020. Previous roles include Art Director positions at Move Magazine and DRUM Magazine, as well as a significant tenure at National Geographic Kids SA. Monique also held senior design roles at Kickoff Magazine and MY24 Magazine, along with an early design position at Weg! and Go! Magazine. Monique holds a Diploma in Graphic Design from Cape Peninsula University of Technology and has completed courses in UX Design and UI Design at Friends of Design - Academy of Digital Arts.
