Dami Ajayi has a diverse work experience that spans across various companies and roles. Dami started their career as an Accounting Finance Intern at Warner Bros. Entertainment Group of Companies in 2011. In 2013, they worked as an Analyst at The North Highland Company UK. The same year, they participated in the Study China Programme as a Study Abroad Student, sponsored by the UK government.

In 2013, Dami joined PwC as a Management Consulting Associate as part of the PwC Consulting graduate scheme. Dami was responsible for change management and stakeholder management in the implementation of a legal entity transfer for an international broker dealer. Dami also played a role in process improvement for a public sector client and supported the creation of a new proposition in a key PwC region. Later, they were promoted to Senior Associate - Management Consulting, where they worked on business case development, organizational design, and operational and finance transformation projects for clients from various industries.

In 2021, Dami joined Media.Monks as the EMEA Post Merger Integration Lead. Dami was responsible for overseeing the integration of different business operations in the EMEA region. In 2023, they were promoted to the role of Director, Business Operations.

Dami Ajayi graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics with Chinese Studies. Prior to attending university, Dami completed the International Baccalaureate program from 2007 to 2009. They also attended Whitgift School from 2002 to 2009. In terms of additional certifications, Dami obtained the ACMA, CGMA certification from CIMA in 2018, the Certificate of Business Accounting from CIMA in 2015, and the PRINCE 2 Foundation Certificate from QA Ltd in 2013.
