Rosina Forster is an experienced Scrum Master currently working at Media General Ghana since November 2019, where responsibilities include facilitating sprint activities, protecting team focus, and managing the product backlog. Previously, Rosina served as a Scrum Master at Avis Budget Group from August 2017 to September 2019, effectively guiding scrum teams, implementing Agile practices, and optimizing workflow efficiency. Rosina's career began at SIC Insurance, where, from September 2009 to June 2016, project management skills were utilized to liaise between teams, propose strategic solutions, and ensure project completion. Rosina holds an M.B.A. in Human Resources Management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Integrated Rural Art and Industry from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Furthering professional development, Rosina is currently pursuing a Scrum Master certification from the International Scrum Institute.
