Tess Chappell is an Industrial Officer at MEAA, with previous experience as a Lawyer specializing in Industrial Relations and Employment Law at Maurice Blackburn Lawyers. Prior to this, they worked as a Paralegal at McDonald Murholme and Maurice Blackburn Lawyers, participating in various class action cases. They also served as a Student Advocate and Support Person at Monash Student Association and co-curated a multi-venue arts festival at Monash University Student Theatre.
