Dr. Marie-Sophie Baier has a work experience starting in 2015 as a Studentische Hilfskraft at Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft. In 2016, they became a Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin at the same company, a role they held until 2020. In 2020, they joined medi GmbH & Co. KG as an IT Manager Business & Digital Solutions and later became the Head of Digital Office in July 2022.

Dr. Marie-Sophie Baier completed their Bachelor of Science in Gesundheitsökonomie at the University of Bayreuth in 2014. Dr. Marie-Sophie then went on to obtain their Master of Science in Gesundheitsökonomie from the same university in 2016.
