Ushma Dave is an accomplished scientist with extensive experience in immunology, cytogenetics, and molecular biosciences. Currently serving as an Associate Scientist at MedGenome Pvt. Ltd. since April 2016, Ushma previously worked as a Post Doctoral Fellow at the National Centre for Biological Sciences, TIFR, and held roles as a Research Scholar and Project Fellow at the Department of Human Genetics, Punjabi University, Patiala, where research culminated in a Ph.D. Ushma's early career includes serving as a Junior Scientist at the Institute of Human Genetics, Ahmedabad, focusing on chromosome techniques and a Research Fellow on a CSIR-funded project studying herbal preparations for diabetes. Ushma holds a Master of Research in Medical and Molecular Biosciences from Newcastle University and dual master's degrees in Biotechnology, as well as a bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry, and Botany from Bangalore University.
