Rashmi Rasalkar is an experienced scientist with a strong background in genetics and molecular biology. Currently serving as an Associate Scientist and Senior Research Associate at MEDGENOME since August 2017, Rashmi has a proven track record in research related to malaria, metabolic syndrome, and cervical cancer. Prior roles include Research Assistant at the Karnataka Institute for DNA Research and Project Fellow at the Research Center for DNA Diagnostics, focusing on familial hypercholesterolemia. Rashmi has also contributed to academia as a Guest Lecturer at Karnataka University Dharwad and has held a position as Senior Research Fellow at the University of Agricultural Sciences. Rashmi holds a Master's degree in Applied Genetics from Karnataka University Dharwad and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Microbiology.
