Anwesha Ghosh is a seasoned professional in the field of scientific research, currently serving as the Manager of Scientific Affairs at MEDGENOME since April 2023. Previously, Anwesha held the position of Postdoctoral Researcher in Cancer Biology at UT Southwestern Medical Center from April 2020 to October 2022, gaining expertise in CRISPR-Cas9 mediated gene editing and high-throughput assay development. Prior to that, Anwesha was a Post-doctoral Research Fellow in Cancer Biology at the Mayo Clinic School of Medicine, where specialized skills in murine stem cell isolation, organoid biology, and live animal imaging were developed from October 2017 to April 2020. Anwesha began the research career as a Graduate Student Researcher at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas, focusing on discovering novel regulators and pathways related to the protein kinase WNK1 from August 2010 to August 2015. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Cell and Molecular Biology from UT Southwestern Medical Center, an MSc in Biotechnology from Savitribai Phule Pune University, and a BSc in Life Sciences and Biochemistry from St. Xavier's College.
