David Mayville is an experienced retail operations professional currently serving as the Director of Retail Operations for Medford Cooperative, Inc., overseeing multiple County Markets, Fresh Market, Ace Hardware stores, and Convenience Stores since January 2020. Previously, David held the position of Store Director at Todych’s Family Market, managing all store operations and employee activities from May 2017 to January 2020. David also owned and operated Mayville Enterprises from January 2007 to February 2017. A former Master Sergeant in the US Army from January 1988 to September 2009, David specialized in carpentry, masonry, explosives, logistics, and small arms repair. Additionally, David worked as a Sales Supervisor at KeHE Distributors, managing 28 sales territories and training personnel from February 1999 to January 2007. David holds an Associate's degree in Marketing from Fox Valley Technical College and a High School Diploma from Bonduel High School.
