Courtney Andersen is an experienced Project Manager at MedForce since May 2010, with a diverse background in dietary management and administrative support. Previously, Courtney held the position of Dietary Tech Supervisor at Pinnacle Dietary, where collaboration with dietitians focused on meal planning for residents in a rehabilitation and long-term care facility, ensuring quality and safety standards. Additional experience includes working as an Administrative Assistant in the Office of Research & Community Collaboration at Marywood University and an Architect Intern for the Department of Public Works in Lakewood, enhancing technical skills through IT applications. An early role as Dispatcher at Marywood University involved critical reporting of safety issues, and as Customer Service Coordinator at Rich Green Lawns, exemplary customer service skills were developed. Courtney obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition/Dietetics from Marywood University in 2011.
