Tony Boness has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and sectors. Tony is currently serving as the Director of Service Delivery at Medefer since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Western Sussex Hospitals NHS Trust as the Divisional Director of Operations - Core from September 2018 to June 2021, and as the Deputy Divisional Director of Operations, Core Division from March 2016 to September 2018. Tony also held various roles at Western Sussex Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, including Care Group Manager for Urology, Trauma and Orthopaedics from September 2014 to March 2016, and Principal Change Manager from September 2013 to July 2014. Tony worked as a Strategic Planning Manager at Western Sussex Hospitals NHS Trust from July 2012 to September 2013. Prior to that, they held the position of Business Development & Strategy Lead at Sussex Community NHS Trust from March 2010 to July 2012. Tony also worked as a Commissioning Manager at West Sussex Primary Care Trust from September 2009 to March 2010. Tony gained experience in the healthcare industry through the General Management Training Scheme at NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement from September 2008 to March 2010. Tony has also worked in project management roles at Health Protection Agency, South Downs NHS Trust, and CMC Markets.

Tony BONESS completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in International Economics from Victoria University between 2007 and 2009. Tony then pursued further education at FH Jonnaeum from 2008 to 2009, earning another Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree, this time in International Business. Finally, they attended The University of Manchester from 2008 to 2010 for their post-graduate studies in Health & Public Leadership.
