Zac Robinson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in implementation services and solution delivery. Currently serving as Senior Director of Implementation Services at Medecision since January 2022, Zac previously held the role of Senior Solution Delivery Manager at Zuora, where program management of enterprise implementations was a key focus. Prior experience includes significant contributions at Capgemini, where Zac advanced from Consultant to Delivery and Sales Manager, overseeing complex technical implementations and enhancing organizational methodologies. Zac's early career involved roles as a Teacher's Assistant at Vanderbilt University and summer internships at Dish Network and Dow Corning, where strategic process improvements and operational projects were successfully executed. Zac holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science from Vanderbilt University, following an education at the United States Military Academy at West Point.
