Jim Graf has extensive work experience in sales, business development, and leadership roles. Jim is currently the CEO of AssureMSP, Inc., a provider of cloud-based SaaS applications for small and medium-sized businesses. Prior to this, they held positions in KYOCERA Document Solutions America, KBA Document Solutions, and KBA Docusys Inc. where they were co-founder and CEO. Jim also held leadership roles at MBA of California and worked as a Senior Account Executive at Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. Before beginning their career in sales, they ran their own business, College Maintenance, while pursuing their college education.

Jim Graf received their Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Marketing from San Diego State University in 1989. In 2020, they obtained a certification in Selling to Executives from LinkedIn.
