Dr. Kristin Christophersen, FACHE has a diverse and extensive work experience in healthcare leadership roles. Dr. Kristin is currently working as a Principal, Member Performance at Vizient, Inc., where they collaborate with executives and operational leaders to achieve member performance improvement. Prior to this, Dr. Christophersen served as the Chief Nurse Executive at Medecipher, Inc. and as the CEO, Owner, and Principal at VitalNow, LLC, where they provided customized solutions and expert guidance to optimize healthcare organizations.

In addition, Dr. Christophersen has held various leadership positions in major healthcare organizations. Dr. Kristin served as the Region I Chief Nursing Officer at Prime Healthcare, overseeing all nursing functions and ensuring compliance with guidelines and protocols. Dr. Kristin also served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer at Prime Healthcare - St. Francis Medical Center.

Before these roles, Dr. Christophersen worked as the Chief Nursing Officer at Fountain Valley Regional Hospital and Medical Center and Desert Regional Medical Center, where they provided strategic direction and operational oversight for multiple departments, including clinical informatics, women's services, and emergency services. Dr. Kristin also held the position of Assistant Chief Nursing Officer at Desert Regional Medical Center.

In addition to their leadership roles, Dr. Christophersen has a background in academia, serving as an online faculty member at the University of Phoenix. Dr. Kristin has also pursued their Doctorate in Nursing Practice - Executive Leadership, conducting dissertation work in this field.

Dr. Kristin Christophersen, FACHE, holds a Doctor of Nursing degree in Executive Leadership from American Sentinel College. Dr. Kristin also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Nursing from Arizona State University. Additionally, Dr. Christophersen earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. Dr. Kristin has several certifications, including NEA-BC, CENP, CPHQ, CLSSGB, and FACHE, which were obtained from institutions such as AONE, ANCC, NAHQ, IISE, and ACHE.
