Carolina Liechtenstein is an experienced HR and finance professional currently serving as HR Manager at Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) since November 2022, previously holding the role of Finance & HR Manager. Prior experience includes work at Red Barnet in Evidence & Learning and the University of Copenhagen as a Master of Disaster Management candidate. Carolina's career includes significant roles at Carlsquare as a Senior Analyst and Analyst, as well as an internship at LGT Venture Philanthropy focused on marketing and outreach. Additional volunteer work includes teaching children with disabilities at Songa Mbele na Masomo and assisting in accountancy at Deutsches Rotes Kreuz.
