Greg Bambury has a diverse and extensive work experience in various companies spanning several decades. Greg started their career as a Human Resource Advisor at Saint John Shipbuilding in 1985 and went on to work as a Human Resource Consultant at Wyatt in 1988. Greg then served as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at Hibernia - (NODECO) until 1990, followed by the role of International Compensation & Benefits Manager at Gandalf Technologies until 1993. From 1993 to 1996, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Watson Wyatt and later moved to Towers Perrin as a Senior Consultant from 1996 to 1998. Greg then joined ITI Education Management Corporation as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Strategic Planning from 1998 to 2001. Greg then transitioned to Irving Oil, where they held multiple executive roles, including Top Human Resource Executive from 2001 to 2008, Top Administration Executive (Refining Division) from 2008 to 2010, and Top Supply Chain Executive from 2010 to 2012. Greg then worked as the Atlantic Canada Account Director at Towers Watson from 2012 to 2014 before joining Medavie as the Vice President of Talent and Communications in 2014. Greg is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Medavie, a position they assumed in January 2017.
