Scot Gorman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service operations, security, and site reliability engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Service Operations and Security at Medallia since December 2021, Gorman led initiatives to build a FedRAMP authorized version of the Mindful product and established robust security and reliability protocols. Previous roles include Site Reliability Engineering Manager at Chegg Inc. and Senior Program Manager for SRE at Fanatics, where Gorman focused on enhancing production monitoring and observability. Additional experience includes managing a global service desk at Milestone Technologies for Uber, acting as a Technical Product Manager at Qualcomm, and overseeing IT support at EmpoweredU. Gorman holds a Bachelor of Music in Performance from San Jose State University.
