Omer Faizan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business operations and sales management within the technology and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Global Business Operations for Professional Services at Medallia since June 2018, Omer has held various leadership roles, including Director of EMEA Business Operations and Senior Manager of EMEA Deal Desks. Prior to Medallia, Omer worked at Vodafone Enterprise from June 2009 to June 2018, where responsibilities included Global Sales Operations Manager for Vodafone Cloud & Hosting Services and Global Business Operations Manager for Integrated Business Planning. Omer holds a CIMA degree in Accounting from BPP University and completed high school education at Beaconhouse School System.
