Joshua Glass is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in agile methodologies and application development. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Medallia since January 2023, Joshua previously held multiple roles at Mindful from September 2011 to January 2023, including Agile Release Train Engineer and Sr. Software Developer. Earlier, Joshua worked at Goodyear from March 2001 to August 2011, focusing on applications development and technical support for corporate finance middleware applications. Joshua earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of Akron between 1995 and 2001 and graduated from New Philadelphia High School in 1995.
