Devon Lee is a highly experienced professional in client success and customer experience, currently serving as the VP of Client Success at Medallia since February 2023. Devon has held various leadership roles in the customer success field, including VP of Client Success at Mindful and Sr. Manager of Client Success at Built Technologies. As one of the inaugural Customer Success Coaches for Catalyst Software, Devon contributes to professional development in the industry. Active in the Gain Grow Retain community, Devon engages with customer success leaders to foster growth and knowledge sharing. Prior to this, Devon had a significant tenure at Campaign Monitor, advancing from Sales Executive to Director of Customer Success, and began a career at ServiceSource, managing sales teams. Devon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business and Spanish from Georgetown College.
