Colin Heathcote is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and GM of APAC Professional Services at Medallia since September 2016, Colin leads a team of over 40 professionals across the APJ region, significantly enhancing customer success and service implementation. Under Colin's leadership, the services business has experienced a remarkable fivefold growth during the company's transition from a unicorn to an IPO and back to private ownership. Prior to Medallia, Colin held various senior positions at Salesforce, including Senior Director and GM, where responsibilities encompassed regional practice leadership and customer engagement strategies. Colin's early career includes roles at SAP Business One, Siebel Systems, and Infor, culminating in a strong foundation in project and program management. Colin holds a Bachelor of Economics in Accounting from Monash University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Australia.
