Ivette D. has been working in the tech industry since 2014. Ivette began their career as a Student Assistant (Work Study) at Palm Beach State College. From 2016 to 2018, they held positions at DecisionOne as a Junior Salesforce Administrator, Quail Home Builders as an Administrative Assistant, and Palm Beach State College as an OPS Instructional Technology. In 2020, they joined Medal.tv as a Back End Developer, Trust and Safety Backend Engineer, Content Trust and Safety Moderator, and Technical Support Specialist. In their various roles, they have been responsible for ensuring content is in line with company guidelines, providing feedback for Community Standards, conducting interviews, posting announcements, maintaining support requests, conversing with customers to determine details of equipment problems, teaching and explaining basic computer functions to clients, preparing evaluations of software or hardware, managing and organizing accounts, researching new software or design concepts, creating designs, concepts, and sample layouts, consulting with managers or other personnel to resolve problems, training clients in the basics of the computer systems, conferring with network users about how to solve existing system problems, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replacing defective components when necessary.

Ivette D. graduated from Palm Beach State College in 2020 with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Management Security & Network.
