Lissette Arencibia, MSHRM, currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Adheris Health, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this, Lissette worked at SAP from May 2014 to March 2023 as a Senior Executive Assistant, enhancing executive communication and time management for C-Suite executives. Between 2011 and 2014, Lissette was a Senior Executive Assistant and Office Manager at INTELEC, contributing significantly to the company's US operations and serving as a bilingual liaison. Lissette began a career at Nortel Networks in 1996 as an Executive Legal Assistant, quickly securing a permanent position and supporting the General Counsel. Lissette holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from Florida International University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
