Renay is a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist with extensive experience in the field of social work. Currently, Renay operates Renay Soloway Counselling Services since December 2020 and serves as a Partner Therapist at Layla since June 2022. Additionally, Renay has been a Social Worker at the University Health Network since December 2008. Previous roles include Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist at Counselling2Wellness, Service Coordinator at Toronto Rehabilitation Institute, Social Worker at North York General, and Placement Coordinator at North York Community Care Access Centre. Renay holds a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree from York University and a Bachelor of Social Work from Ryerson University.
