Justine Nicholas has a strong background in finance and business planning, with experience in various roles across different companies. Justine is currently working at MedAdvisor Ltd as the Group Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. Prior to this, they held the role of Group Financial Controller at the same company. Before joining MedAdvisor Ltd, Justine worked at Medibank as a Project Finance Manager. Justine also gained valuable experience at EnergyAustralia, where they served as the Corporate Communications Lead and later as the Business Planning and Performance Lead. Justine's early career was at Origin Energy, where they held several finance-related positions, including Finance Manager, Budgeting & Planning Manager, Risk & Control Analyst, Financial Accountant, and Management Accountant.

Justine Nicholas completed their VCE at Loreto Mandeville Hall Toorak. Afterward, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business (Accountancy) with Distinction at RMIT University. In addition, they obtained an Associate Diploma in Business Accounting from the same university. Later, they earned the designation of Certified Practising Accountant from CPA Australia.
