Andrea Lombardi is an experienced Process & Validation Engineer currently employed at Medacta International since May 2021, where vital responsibilities include managing and validating processes for orthopaedic implantable medical devices and overseeing the establishment of a new internal coating department. Prior to this role, Andrea contributed to Sentinel Diagnostics from January 2020 to May 2021, focusing on the installation and validation of production and laboratory equipment and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. From December 2017 to January 2020, Andrea served as a Senior Consultant for LifeBee, specializing in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Management Systems in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior experiences include working as a System & Business Architect at Bizmatica Econocom and as a Biomedical Researcher at the University of Rome "La Sapienza." Andrea holds a Master’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Engineering, both from Sapienza Università di Roma.
