Megan Cummings is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Head of Operations Insourcing at Medacs Global Group since July 2023, Megan previously held the position of Operations Manager at HBSUK from February 2021 to June 2023. Prior experience includes a range of roles at York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust from April 2013 to February 2021, including Service Manager for orthopaedics, Waiting List Coordinator for orthopaedics, Rota Coordinator, and Administrative Assistant. Megan holds a Level 7 Senior Leadership qualification in Strategic Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute, an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from York St. John University, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from the same institution. Academic foundations were established at Joseph Rowntree School, where GCSEs and A-Levels were completed.
